  · Automatic measurement, continuous from the atmosphere to an ultrahigh vacuum is possible with a single vacuum gauge.
  · In addition to the vacuum gauges for rough machining and high vacuum, a vacuum switch (atmospheric pressure sensor) is used to return the chamber to the atmosphere pressure (purge) making measurements that were formerly made separately possible with a single pressure measurement system.
  · The sensor and circuit are made into a single unit and there is also a pressure display.
  · Operation not required: DC24V connection triggers digital display of the pressure. No operations are necessary for measuring from atmospheric pressure to ultrahigh vacuum in the standard equipment with automatic analog output, RS485 and three set points.
  · A tough and safe gauge: A cold cathode gauge more durable than the B-A gauge is used in high vacuum measurement. There is no high temperature filament so it is secure. There are few safe stray magnetic fields.
