• Features

  Sealed type with main body of gas substitution type purge system and side box of vacuum evacuated gas substitution structure. Front panel can be removed completely and large equipment can be easily placed and removed. Main body is equipped with a safety valve for positive pressure and when the inside of the main body becomes 10 mm H2O (98 Pa) or more, the valve opens releasing the pressure. Slide tray is provided in the pass box and the sample can be placed and removed easily.
