Simple general purpose lifting clamp which is ideal for hanging steel material with complicated shapes (such as spherical plates and bent plates).
[Features]
· Omni-directional clamp ideal for lifting, lowering, inverting, pulling and other work.
· With a screw cam tightening mechanism (swiveling spherical surface type), the clamp can maintain a reliable grip even with no load, and also has outstanding vibration resistance when loaded.
· It is extremely easy to replace the cam and the pad.
· When there is a load, the cam inclines in proportion to the load, and the tooth tip bites in and firmly grips.
(i)Caution
- When clamping the suspended object, make the cam parallel to the hanging object and pad as shown on the right, then tighten the screw. Tighten the screw sufficiently using the handle supplied (for SCC0.5, 5 N·m or more, for SCC1-6 and SCC1W, 35 N·m or more). However, particularly for thick plate and objects of heavy weight, use a greater initial tightening force. When lifting, be sure to strictly observe two-point hanging or more for safety.
