Features of PLC

• It is also possible to connect an RS-232C/RS-422A conversion unit (NT-AL001) to the RS-232C port to enable 1:N communication.
• The CJ1W-SCU□2 model enables connection to high-speed external devices by improving communication speeds (up to 230.4 kbps) and reducing data transfer times to the CPU unit.

• *1When using the RS-232C/RS-422A conversion unit NT-AL001, the current will increase by 0.15 A per unit.
• *2. The simple backup function and interrupt notification function cannot be used with the NJ system.
• *3 . The SerialRcvNoClear instruction is available only for Serial Communication Unit version 2.1 or later, NJ-series CPU Unit version 1.03 or later, and Sysmac Studio version 1.04 or later.
• *4The protocol macro trace function works when the CPU unit is in run/monitor mode. (NJ-series CPU units do not have a monitor mode.)

• *1Serial Gateway: The serial gateway function can be executed even in protocol macro mode.
• *2Non-protocol: An external interrupt task can be started when receiving data without procedure. When combined with a CJ2 CPU Unit version 1.1 or later or a CJ2M CPU Unit, high-speed non-protocol (DRXDU/DTXDU instructions) is possible.
• *3. Current consumption for the serial communications unit alone.
  When using the NT-AL001, power is supplied to the NT-AL001 from the serial communications unit. When using the NT-AL001
  , the current consumption increases by 0.15 A for each NT-AL001.
  The current consumption value differs for each unit. Please be careful when replacing units.
  x: 0.15 A is added per port for the 5 V power supplied from the RS-232C port to the NT-AL001.
