Timing Belt Usage Method

■ Installation method for Timing Belt transmission
①Turn off the power supply, remove the protective cover, loosen the motor assembly bolts, move the motor so that the belt is loose enough. The belt can be removed without prying. Never try to pry the belt down.
②Remove the old belt and check for abnormal wear. Excessive wear may mean that there are problems in the design or maintenance of the transmission device.
③Choose the right belt to replace.
④To clean the belt and pulley, wipe with a cloth dipped in a small amount of non-volatile liquid. Soaking in detergent or scrubbing the belt with detergent is not advisable. To remove grease, it is also undesirable to wipe with sandpaper or scratch with a sharp object. The belt must be kept dry before installation and use.
⑤Check the pulley for abnormal wear or cracks. If the wear is excessive, the pulley must be replaced.
⑥Check whether the pulley is linearly symmetrical. Linear symmetry of the pulley is essential for the operation of the Timing Belt, especially the Timing Belt transmission device.
